A big thank you to everyone who attended, met Julie, heard her speak and signed up for Team Julie!
In November, Julie joined community advocates, organizers, and local leaders at the monthly, Indivisible Fox Valley Rising meeting – one of the region’s most active grassroots networks focused on civic engagement and social justice.
Throughout the evening, Julie listened closely as members discussed priorities for the upcoming year, from protecting fundamental rights to strengthening community partnerships. She spoke about the importance of building a Kane County where ever voice is heard and where leadership is grounded in respect, transparency, and service. Julie informed the group, “I have the leadership skills. I know how to get things done.”
Julie left the meeting energized and inspired, grateful for the dedication of volunteers who show up – not just during election season, but all year long – to make our community stronger. Meetings like these remind us that progress happens when neighbors come together, share ideas, and take action.
